bladder accumulators with a flexible bladder. The gas and oil side are separated by this bladder. FengHua Aolaier bladder accumulators consist of a seamless steel pipe pressure vessel, an accumulator bladder and valves at the gas and the fluid connection.

installation:

1. Accumula. shall be installed vertically with the gas valve upright. enough space shall be left near the gas valve for maintaining and inspecting conveniently.

2. Accumula. shall be fixed tightly on the pedestal or wall.

3. When used for buffering and absorbing the fluctuation, accumulator shall be installed near the fluctuation source as soon as possible.

4. Check valve shall be placed between accumulator and hydraulic pump to prevent returning flow of the oil from the accumula. when the electric machine of pump stops working.

5. Stop valve shall be placed between accumulator and pipe system to be used in gas charging, draining speed adjusting or long term stopping.

6. Welding shall not be applied in fixing the accumulator.
