The pump is built for very harsh working conditions and is ideal for most types of fuel transfer operation.
And it is required to make an economical and long lasting pump.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the downtube into the drum or fuel tank. For use with unleaded fuel tanks, you will need to pull back
the outer sleeve of the nozzle to fi t the small, fi ller orifi ce. Occassionally apply some light oil to the inner tube
to allow easy movement of the outer sliding tube
2. The pump primes on the “push” (towards pump outlet) stroke and delivers on the “pull” stroke. Take care
to avoid fuel splashing or spillage
3. When fi nished pumping, return the nozzle to the nozzle holder. Position the lug on the sliding outer nozzle
tube so that it rests to the right of the vertical in the holder, i.e. the hose must be twisted anti-clockwise to
remove the nozzle. This will help prevent the hose from accidentally falling from the holder
