TheReflex Liquid Level Gauge is used to see the level of the liquid in a vessel ortank. The gauges are used as a single unit or stacked up in multiple sectionsto view a desired height of liquid in a vessel or tank. Standard units arefurnished with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT female-end connections. The Reflexcan also be furnished with other connections (socket weld, flanged, sanitary,or as specified) as well as with various types of valves upon request. Reflexliquid level gauges offer low initial cost and, if there is no reason toobserve the media, easy level reading.

See-ThruLiquid Level Gauge

Description:

Thisunit is used to see the level, color, or clarity of the liquid in a vessel ortank. A lens is mounted on the front and back of the liquid chamber to permitlight to pass through the gauge. The gauges are used as a single unit orstacked up in multiple sections to view a desired height of liquid in a vesselor tank. Standard units are furnished with 1/2" or 3/4" NPTfemale-end connections. The See-Thru can also be furnished with otherconnections (socket weld, flanged, sanitary, or as specified) as well as withvarious types of valves upon request.

Weld Pad Liquid Level Gauge (Rectangular Sightglass Fittings)

Description:

This Liquid Level Gauge unit is designed tobe welded directly onto a tank or other liquid-containing vessel. StandardLiquid Level Gauge units are furnished with a flat bottom. Upon request, theunit can be machined with a cylindrical radius to match the contour of thevessel. The Liquid Level Gauges are available in single or multiple section types.

Application:

For viewing theinternals of vessels, silos, reactors etc.; mainly used as fluid levelindicator.

General:

The base frameof rectangular sightglass fittings is welded onto or into the vessel wall. Thenthe sightglass plate together with two seals is firmly bolted down by the coverframe and a set of fastening bolts.

Operating Conditions:

It is strongly recommended to checkthe strength of reinforcement around the cutout in combination with the vesselwall according to the regulations  Pressure:16 bar, vacuum

Temperature:

100° C with soda lime glass, DIN 8903

243° C withborosilicate glass, DIN 7081

Thosetemperatures refer to unprotected glass plates, i.e. without mica protectivesheet.
