Our engineering department supports our customers with the construction of sophisticated cast parts.

We optimise the wear behaviour with application-orientated modifications of casting materials as well as through special annealing processes.
We supply a wide range of proven and tested, wear resistant standard and special materials like nodular iron, Ni-hard, chromium cast, Icrodur and the new material SIWEAR-BN which was developed with W&TS.
Depending on the application and the required mechanical characteristics we realise surface hardness ranges from 400 up to 840 HV for a long life time of the work piece.
