3NBB-390/15 Mud Pump

Product Usage

3NBB-390/15 pump is mainly used for supplying flushing fluid to the borehole in core, coal geology, metallurgical geology, hydrogeology and other engineering drilling process. The fluid can be divided into mud, water, etc. It also can be used as transfer pump of the above-mentioned medium. The pump is suitable to be used in geological exploration process which drilling depth is within 4000 meters.

Structure Features

1. Horizontal triplex single-acting piston pump

2. Herringbone gear transmission, low transmission noise, no axial force, more durable bearings

3. Oversized crankcase design, crank bearings which the models are the same as large mud pumps ensure the pump keep durability for long time under high pressure condition.

4. Adopting API specs, frame in welding structure, light weight, large strength.

5. L-shaped forging pump head, retaining the advantage of easy to replace the wearing parts, improving pressure-resistant and safety of pump head , eliminating phenomenon of casting pinhole. 

6.  No liner gland, no sealing problem.

7. Rear-mounted liner structure (bi-metal liner) which is easy to assemble and disassemble

8. The connection of pull rod adopts international advanced technology, which makes piston replaced conveniently. The auxiliary time is 70% shorter than normal mud.

9. Five-speed gearbox, you can adjust the flow rate at will
