Parallel Mechanical Traffic Controller
MODU System parallel traffic controller is used to merge products from two parallel conveyor lanes into one. As a product coming from one of the lanes passes through the traffic controller, it pushes the arm aside. The unit now gives priority to the lane from which the product came and blocks the adjacent lane to prevent collision. When a gap occurs between products in the active lane, the system resets and will give priority to the lane delivering the next product.
