TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

REFRIGERATING ENCLOSURE.  Builtwith insulating panel on the walls and a PIR type foam ceiling of a sandwichstructure with steel plates.

Its advantages are its behavior against fire, which is higher thanconventional foams and non-toxic characteristics to food products, a highmechanical resistance, salubrious   andbiologically clean.

Inner profiles and inner sanitary solid finish for corner protection.

The fast freezing tunnel has two doors, one in front of the other. Withtilting door leaf injected with 40/43 Kg/m3 polyurethane, aluminum frame,adjusting bead and resistance to minus zero temperatures and a stainless steelfinish.

Custom designed REFRIGERATING PLANT AND POWER AND ConTROL ELECTRICAL BOARD.Our equipments are made with components of the best brands.

We guarantee a progressive freezing of the product with optimum resultsand avoiding damaging effects on the product. We ensure that the product doesnot get burnt during the freezing process.

It includes the KIOTTO system to avoid the creation of frost on theflaps of the evaporator, as well as the improvement of the energy efficiency ofthe system.
