JinKui construction hoist has reliable electric system, mechanical chain safety device, designed with safety switch, upper and lower limit switches, security hook, etc.
Main advantages: mast using bending steel band, top class rack, big-power anti-fall safety device, 24 V low-voltages control, more than seven positions with galvanized process, test in workshop before delivery.
Frequency construction hoist (optional) has the following features:

- With the smooth start ,abrasion can be largely reduced on the rack and gear , and brake abrasion also can be reduced obviously ;

Sales Conditions
1 Terms of delivery:
1.1 Time of shipment: Two weeks from receipt of Down payment.
2 Terms of payment:
2.1 30% of total amount of down payment payable by T/T .
2.2 70% of total amount payable byTT at sight and to be established 7days prior to shipment.
3 Pre-testing: After completion of the production, a test running for jib arm, climbing frame and some other parts without load is performed at JNKUI'S factory.
4 Installation:
Jinkui send two engineers to guide the installation, the buyer provide the truck crane and work team (5-8 workers) to help the installation. Under this way, buyer should pay the hotel and food for jinkui’s engineers, no need to pay the engineers’ salary. After the installation, Jinkui’s engineers can stay to train buyer’s workers to operate and maintain the construction hoist . The total stay will not be longer than one month; otherwise, the engineers should be paid US$15/day.
5 Warranty:
5.1 Warranty against defects in material & workmanship within twelve (12) months from commissioning completed date, all parts needed to replace are free except the wire rope.
5.2 JINAN JINKUI guarantees the machine for the above period, machine under normal operation, eight working hours per day, excepting rough handling or dis-handling by the users. Any natural defect or problem with the machine which is beyond the user's responsibility shall be replaced or repaired at JINKUI's cost.
