1. The upward continuous casting system is a new technology of producing gigantic and bright oxygen-free copper rod, having high electric conductivity and low oxygen content, which after being further processed can be used as conductor of electric cable and wire, magnet wire and enameled wire, as well as other electronic and electric products.
SL10-IV-QE-8-S upward continuous casting system is a new equipment of product casting rod directly, compare with ordinary upward system, it's privilege is working without rolling machine and drawing. These two type just the inductor's form are different, other parts are the same. Therefore the saving of money on investment, low production cost and short production period are warmly welcomed by customers since it put into operation.

B) Resistance in soft condition: ≤ 0.01724Ω. Mm2/m
(tested after processing toΦ3mm or Φ2.6mm)
C) Elongation percentage ≥ 35%
D) Tensile strength ≥ 170N/MM2
E) Oxygen content ≤ 10PPM.
