Already present in the flexo market with a central drum flexo system, Lombardi now makes the most
of its experience proposing a new narrow web machine in line destined for printers who look for high
printing quality coupled with simple and fast job changeover. The company has been focusing on these two
aspects of flexographic printing: the quality of images (which is now almost up to offset printing) and the
fast changeover of impression cylinders and ink rollers.
And in the light of this need, Flexoline offers advanced technological solutions aimed at ensuring excellent
printing register also with high speeds and granting ease of use.

More in detail FLEXOLINE project is inspired by four major tecnical concepts, that look for top quality
and simplicity of use:

• HYPER-FIT-SYSTEM: An innovative system is used for print  rolls  allowing for immediate fitting of
  cylinders of different diameter with no need for an adapter. In fact print rolls lay on a special
  algorithmical-studied curve that ables to keep constant the printing pressure varying the roll diameter.

• HYPER-FIX-SYSTEM: The plate cylinder is pneumatically clamped with a conical piston that grants
  irreversibility of motion and reduces motions and vibrations to a minimum.

•  HYPER-CLEAN-SYSTEM: When the machine stops, the ink roller (anilox) is first removed, followed
  (after a settable time) by the print cylinder, in order to clean ink in excess
  (an essential operation when using non-UV inks).

• HYPER-CONTROL-SYSTEM: The machine is controlled by means of a centralized touch-screen
  that displays both operations (working parameters, diagnostics, etc.) and the video camera.
