Production Steps

1. According to customers’drawing

2. Ajust the place of CAM

3. Push the copper/staninless steel rod into the lathe

4. Turn on the lathe, take a manual operation and made two or three samples to test by micrometer or calliper until the dimension of the pen tip is correct.

5. Turn on the auto lathe and start to produce.

10. Burs and oil removing Solution

11. Make a surface treatment

12. Take a measurement again

Packing

One small zip lock bag per piece, twenty pieces per large zip lock bag, one hundred large zip lock bags per carton box. Customers' packing are available.
