the body of roll forming machine is 1 set (13 channels)

Every channel consists of power distributor box, universal shaft and portal frame

Inlet point matches with guide device 1 group , discharge point matches with universal adjusting device 1 group

3. Hydraulic cutting machine 1 set (motor power 5.5kw)

 Working pressure: 8Mpa, cutting speed: 6-8 times /min

 Main hydraulic components adopt Taiwan brand products

4. Roller type Run-out table (length 3m) 1 set

5. PLC operation cabinet

   Touch screen adopts Japanese brand products

    Fixed length of Work piece is controlled by coder

6. Combined mold 1 group (produce four specifications)

      Material of mold is Gcr15 bearing steel, HRC 58-62

   7. Material of cutting mold is Cr12 MOV, HRC60 (total 4 pairs)
