2.      User guide: 

1) Have the steel pipe fixed in the air or placed on the spot of line pipe

2) Clear the surface of pipeline and then brush primer

3) Clamp the manual winding machine on the pipeline, adjust the angle of pinch roller according to the joint requirements, and place the adhesive tape in scroll device (Without translator) and wind the aid handle outside of rolling machine.
