2. Usage
Hydraulically operated plastic pipe welder, suitable for PE and PP pipes and fittings. High quality design and construction provides an excellent machine for welding both on the worksite and in the factory. The use of high quality Aluminum casting allows for lower weight without compromising strenghth and performance.
3. Function and Feature
1. Suitable for DN90-250PE and PP pipes.
2. It is composed of operating platform, fixture, heating plate and milling cutter.
3. The fixture and operating system are separate, easy to operate under the ditch.
4. The fixture has two ferrules, can locate the pipes more accurately, easy to adjust the bit wrong side.
5. Using hydraulic system to control docking pressure, the pressure is more acurate, the operating is more smooth.
6. Using solenoid valve to control the cylinder running, it makes the operating easier and safer.
