In all applications where a thermal exchange is involved between two fluids or between a fluid and gas (water and air), particular importance is given to the heat exchanger surface area. Therefore, increasing a heat exchanging surface increases the thermal exchange between the two substances.
The available heat sources for industrial and domestic applications are limited and it is extremely important to choose the best performing surface design to increase the efficiency during the thermal exchange.
Additionally, the overall dimensions of the heat exchanger cannot be disregarded as the heat exchanger needs to be maintained as small as possible.
Our new FLATCOIL heat exchanger made of a tube with oval cross section increases the overall heat exchanging surface; increases the temperature distribution of the heat source inside the coil and its compact design increases the performance in a reduced heat exchanger space.
