Heavy duty Pallet Rack is most popular and common used type of racking system in the world racking market. Usually consist of upright frame, beam, pallet support bar and other standards components. H-bracing and D-bracing connect with upright by nylon self-lock bolts,can effectively prevent racking from losing balance cause by the release of the bolts; Drum-shaped holes are punched on the upright, so beam can be adjusted. Standard pallet racking is by far the most versatile of any racking as it is available with many configurations, a wide range of accessories and requires no specialized handling equipment. Pallet racking is easily utilized with just standard fork- and hand-trucks. Pallet racking is an ideal starting point for all your warehouse and storage needs. Adjustable pallet racking systems come in many different styles, but it is important to get the basics right. For safe and efficient operation, pallet racking systems must be designed to fit and function with both the handling equipment and the load. Pallet racking systems may have to work with counterbalance trucks, reach trucks, narrow aisle trucks or automated handling equipment

System Configuration: 

1)Main parts, upright frame( consisting of 2 upright channels, 2 horizontal bracings, numbers of diagonal bracing, 2 welded footplates or 2mobile footplates), box beam(with two connectors and safety pin)

2) Add. Parts, pallet support bar, pallet stopper, steel wire mesh, steel shelf panel, wooden plywood, row-spacer between frame, wall tie between wall and frame, U-uprightor, L-uprightor, column guard.

3) 2 upright frames each modul of pallet racking, 2 Beams each level

4) 2 or 3 pallets each level, it supports Euro, Chep, or any non-standard pallet sizes

5) Different upright and beam sizes are available for different load requirements

6) Usually all components are epoxy powder coated except the galvanized footplates.
