High density, fully automatic, Hydraulic press 2 seatsfor the production of dry ice blocks only, with dimensions 120x120 thickness 20~50 mm, capacity of about 300 kg/hour with the machine operating fully, completely automatic.
The compression piston pushes the dry ice snow against an adjustable pressing plate. During the compression process the compression piston locks the expansion room so that the injection process can already be started for the next block.
The compression piston presses the dry ice snow against the pressing plate and keeps the set pressure value constant over the set pressing time. After the expiration of the pressing time the compression piston relieves the condensedblock of dry ice so that no pressure is exert on the block. The carbon dioxidegas made during the compression process escapes over the adjusted degassing time.
Afterthe expiration of the degassing time the pressing plate opens the compressionroom and the compression piston shoves the ready pressed dry ice block flush to the conveyor belt from up and at the same time it locks the compressing room for the next pressing cycle. This process takes place independently of each other in the two modules.
