The rubber always appears under cure or over cure phenomenon when repair tyres by traditional iron, under cure will lead to degum in summer or drive by high speed, over cure will lead to age the rubber to reduce tyre lifetime. However, our machine covers traditional iron's shortage to complete Repair tyre procedure by auto-temperature-control device. Our machine has 6 pieces aluminium films with clip as accessory to cover on the hot iron, operator could choose the corresponding aluminium film for different positions ( for example: tyre shoulder, crown, sidewall).
