1    Feeder screw is our products,material is 38CrMoAlA and nitriding disposed.

2    Screw nitriding depth is 0.30.6mm , rigidity isHV740940,surface roughness Ra≤0.8um.

3    Hopper nitriding depth is 0.40.7mm , rigidity isHV9401100,wall roughness Ra≤1.6um.

4    Gear-box is vertical type,gear is 20CrMoTi nitriding disposed., distribution boxs gear is 38CrMoAlA nitriding disposed.,shaft is 40Cr material.

5    Main motor: The brand of AC contactor is Suzhou Siemens,power is 37kw,designed output is 250kg/h.

6    Hopper is air-cooling,screw cooling is core external reflux oil-cooling system. Heater loop is cast aluminium loop with stainless steel cover.

7    Main motor transducer is dust proof typeSwiss ABBtransducer,voltage allowing area is±15%,temperature-controlled instrument is Japanese RKC, temperatureerror is±1,temperature elements is thermoelectricity. Air-switch is handle circumgyratetion style,Siemens contactor, and ensure electric line arranging in order,color clearly,grade correctly.

8    Host machine haves melting pressure screen, host machine andd feeder can   be adjusted  in-phase both can be adjusted  in fission,and host machine haves three style automatic protectorone is automatic stop when electricity overcurrentsecond is photoelectricity automatic stop  when screw dislocation, third is alarm device when oil calorstatoil oilless.

9    Measure meter unit is according to nation measuring standard, and mates assemble and disassemble screwhoppers dedicated tools, the whole equipments quality is three guaranteesone in a year,after guarantee period, supplying spare parts in preferential price.

10    Assisting buyer to design the layment of equipment,setting debuging freely for buyer.

 Technology  parameter and configuration:

1)      Vacuum stereotype water tank 2 set X length 6m,stereotypewater tank is three-dimensionalad justed,thereinto portrait is electromotion,landscape orientation and fluctuation moving is handled,nozzle quantity is 240piece.

2)      Vacuum stereotype machine mating a 2.2kw vacuum pump/set,spraying pump power is 4kw,water in the pump is cycling water,drainage is controlled by a thermometry unit, filling water is controlled by a liquid indicator unit.

3) Tractor is double traction,used imported DongYuan transducer frequency conversion, air drive elements is made in China, Tractor  power is 2×1.5kw,        traction is 10000N,traction speed is 1.5-20m/mim,working air pressure is 0.5-0.7MPa.

4)      Cutting machine is whole double cutting, two cutting machine power is 1.5kw/set,having a dust absorbing unit,saw blade diameter is φ255mm,Tubing cutting area is φ20-φ50mm,two cutting types, handle and automatic working style,tractor and cutting machine used electromagnetism clutch control,good effect in-phase ,and used programmed controller,length meter used imported  Korea coding length meter,high grobotization extent.

5)      Stacker is doubleautomatic turnning,length 6m, made in stainless steel and square tube material.
