The producing of ductile iron castings used the sand casting process. We used themachine moulding (24 sets of molding machine) machine coring (2 sets of coated sand shell core machine and 2 sets of auto core shooter machine) electric furnacesmelting (6 sets of electric furnace) etc modern foundry techno-logy, with completely equipment. The annual out-put of casting is 3000 metric ton.

The producing of precision steel castings used the investment casting technology. The workshop is equipped with mixing-wax machine, auto injection-wax machine, intermediate-frequency electric induction fur-nace, roaster, heat treatment stove, wheel blasting machine etc advanced producing equipment. We could produce many kinds of high-quality precision steel casting, the annual out-put is 800 metric ton.
