Production procedure for cast iron fittings for drainage of buildings (EN 877/19522)

Drainage for EN 877 has the following characteristics comparing with American standards, Chinese standards, Russian standards, Korea, ISO 6594 etc.:
1. Weight: The least in the same specifications as similar as ISO 6594.
2. Mass: The minimum wall thickness is about 0.84.
Others are up to or greater than 0.901. It is required its uniformity is better than others.
3. The least DE tolerance is easy to install.
4. Under the condition of least wall thickness, require higher tensile strength. Tensile strength for grey cast iron pipe: ??200Mpa, Pipe ring crush strength(DN <250): ??350Mpa, (DN??250) ring crush strength ??332Mpa. Tensile strength for fittings: ??150Mpa; Water pressure. Max ??0.5Mpa for pipe, Max ??0.3Mpa for fitting, Mix: 0 Mpa.
5. High requirement for coating: Environmentally friendly, corrosion resistance, environment change resistance.
6. Strict test method and test conditions for main indications and property.
