TZ1600 coating production line can put all sorts of paint on the surface of chemically treated aluminum coil according to customer need. Using the reverse three-roller coating machine, making detailed coating under closed and dust-free circumstance, the production line has good control on the thickness of film and the quality of coating. The oven is divided into five temperature-control baking areas. Through auto adjustment of the temperature-control system the inside temperature of each oven is balanced, thereby the solvent resistance, hardness and flexibility of the coat would reach the best condition with nicer gloss, adherence and anti-corrosion quality.
