Hi-Speed surface winder for making tape less adding machine rolls, ATM Rolls, POS Rolls etc. Machine has fully Intergrated Touch Screen base PLC Controls. The paper is auto folded, Pinched and Rider roll is auto lowered. The machine will slow down and stop before it reached at the set desired length. Auto Marker gets ON before it reaches the set length. The Rider roll is auto lifted on completion of the wound roll.
