Material and futures

The resistor furnace series are of the cycle-operation mode, which can support the laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutes for elemental analysis and heating in the heat treatment of general and small quenching, annealing and tempering.

 

The thermal furnace can also be used for the high-temperature heating of metal and ceramic sintering, dissolution, analysis and so on.

Features:

1. The external shells of the furnace series are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with the surface treated by the spraying process and the side-open door adopted whose structure is easy for opening and closing.

2.  The middle-temperature box-type furnace adopts the enclosing-type furnace chamber, with the electrothermal alloy wires as the heating elements spiralling at the walls inside the furnace after it is shaped into the spiral, so that the furnace temperature will be even in the process of radiating, and the service life will be extended.

3.  The high-temperature tubular resistor furnace adopts the high temperature-resistant combustion tube, with the silicon carbide rod as the heating element which is installed at the coat of the furnace chamber.

4.  With the silicon carbide rod as the heating element installed in the furnace chamber, the high-temperature tubular resistor furnace boasts high thermal efficiency.

5.  The resistor furnace series select the 0.4-0.6 lightweight foam thermal insulating bricks and aluminum silicate fiber cotton as the thermal insulating materials. In this way, all the thermal conductivities decline, so that the heat storage capacity of the furnace chamber will grow, the heating time be shortened, the surface temperature rise decline, the dissipation power of the empty furnace will decrease and the power consumption will also drop greatly.
