roll-wrapping technique is used to manufacture rough surface carbon fiber tube, which means the prepreg is laid up on the mandrel, then the heat-shrink-wrap is applied to the tube to make sure the resin distribute evenly during curing in the oven.

the smooth surface carbon fiber tube is used as shaft of paper converting machine to help decrease the weight of the machine  and improve the efficiency of converting.
