1. Application

ZD series screw-driven feeder is a necessary auxiliary machine for plastic processing mechanism. It can directly convey powdered plastic material to hopper, high speed mixing machine or stirring machine etc. The part that touches material is made of stainless steel, so that in conveying process, material will not be polluted and nothing is carried in it, which can make processing full seal automation.

2. Working Theory

ZD series screw-driven feeder adopts one screw for feeding. once the electric switch is on, the screw begins to rotate and feed, so that material can be lifted up to the material outlet. the machine will stop working automatically when the level-sensing device indicates that material is full, and starts feeding again after some minutes delay when the material level decreases.(the delay time is depending on users need)
