Technological Properties

The use of an oil jacket and agitators provides for an even heating of the material through the whole volume. The range of the maintained temperature is from 60 to 250°C, which allows for using the equipment for heating of bitumen and mastic.

Functionality

All the equipment works off-line at a voltage of 12V. There is no need for power supply.

Comfort

Melting of thermoplastic and maintaining of the set temperature is done in automatic mode. The equipment set consists of a thermo tank equipped with a system for heating, mixing and maintaining the temperature, a power-train and an automation system.

Quality

The use of stainless steel in the most important places significantly prolongs the work life of the equipment. The automation system has a protection against thermal oil overheating.

Reliability

BECKETT ADC 12B burner for liquid fuel is used in the machine, with a nozzle of 1 GPM (US made), with an output of 40 kWh, which ensures a long and good working life.
