Pumping System

2.The adoption of wide flang, long stroke and large diameter for concrete cylinder, which ensures accurate assembly effectively. Under the condition of a certain delivery capacity, the times of stroke have been reduced greatly, thus the service life of the spectacle plate, the cutting ring, the piston and hydraulic components are significantly prolonged.  ,

Hydraulic System

1.The double-pump and double-loop open hydraulic system is adopted for concrete pump. The pumping loop and the reversing loop work separately and the reversing system is supplied with hydraulic oil by constant pressure pump, thus making the system simpler, and more reliable with lower oil temperature for convenient inspection and maintenance.

2.The pump group and valve group equipped are world famous brand, Germany Rexroth. They are more powerful, better configured and more reliable with stepless control of concrete delivery. 

3.The original Italian Galtech brand of manual reversing integrated relief valve is adopted for the mixing system which has simplified the system and greatly improved the reliability.

4.The manual high-low pressure switch-over is adopted for the hydraulic loop to achieve switch-over between high and low pressure states, thus making the system convenient, reliable and leakage free.

Electric Control System

1.The most electric components of enclosed electric control box, including the air switch and the AC contactor, are famous brands of Japanese Mitsubishi, French Schineider and Japanese Panasonic.The touch screen of international manufacurers can accurately and conveniently set pumping speed and working or idling speed of the engine. The display can show the pumping capacity, speed, rotating speed and the operating state as well as fault information.

2.The double controller auto-pumping technology(self-owned patent No.:200620052392.7) achieves auto-pumping even when the proximity switch fails.

3.The PLC control is of German Siemens or Japanese Mitsubishi brand. The PLC control can conduct precise monitoring over the whole machine. To effectively avoid accidents caused by misoperation, multi automatic protection modes related to temperature, pressure, rotation speed are set in the control programmer so as to prevent misoperation. 

4.By adopting American Haydon brand of linear stepping motors automatic throttle controller, the control precision, reliability and service life are much more higher than other control mode. Thus, it not only realize energy-saving, but also thoroughly eliminate harsh conditions when the motor works with idle load at high speed for a long time.

Power System

1.Diesel engines are mainly from world famous brand Swedish Volvo. It possesses blowing cooling to greatly reduce the temperature of the hydraulic system.

2.The motors equipped are from domestic famous brands.
