QT6-15 changable brick moulds, color feeder, complete production line 

1. It's controlled by PCL with data-transmit device. For the control system, it's configured with safety logical control and fault diagnosis system, and with remote control function;

2. In its unique mould box of material cart, there are several rows of mixing forks. When the material hopper sends the material to the top of the mould box, the mixing forks starts to operate for forced feeding to the mould box. So, the problem in distributing materials for producing multi-hole blocks is completely solved;

3. An original creation of converter vibration (frequency vibration) is adopted. With that, the exciting force and vibrating frequency can be achieved through conversion speed;

4. A surface material feeding device (material feeder) is equipped, for the secondary material  distributing to produce the blocks or bricks with color faces;

5. It's a multi-purpose machine, only by changing its moulds, it can be used for produce all kinds of hollow blocks, multi-hole blocks ,pavement bricks, grass-planting tiles, slope-protecting bricks(slope bricks), etc.;

6. The computer, electric appliances, sealing parts, hydraulic elements, and so on, for this machine are imported from foreign countries to ensure its function reliable and stable.

7. It's quick in block forming, with a forming cycle of 12-20 seconds.
