This machine adopts modular design and gantry frame construction, main movement and every feed movement are non-polar variable speed. Crossbeam is tilting configuration, X and Y coordinates adopt linear rolling guide and ball screw. Z coordinate adopts rigid guide. Magazine tool can choose rank or bamboo hat type. The rank-type magazine tool is installed on the left of table and the bamboo type is on the right of table, working with work table. This machine adopts screw type chip removal and the chained auto chip removal can be installed on the front of table.
This lathe can do drilling, enlarging, reaming and boring work on workpieces, also can reaming surface, rigidity tapping, milling.,etc. It will be more efficient with automatic tool changer.
