Application:

1. We named this kind of fittings as heat melt machine.
2. This is kind of heat melt machine using for welding the PPR pipe and the fitting together. If you want to connect the PPR pipe and the fitting together, you must use this kind of machine.

User guide:

1.prepare heat melt machine, welding joint, tube cutter, pen, and ruler.

2.put the heat matching welding joint into the heat machine, then power-on. And adjust the machine to 260deg.

3.cut the pipe rectangulary and neatly.

4.clean the pipe and fitting.

5.mark the connection depth on the pipe by pen.

6.while the heat melting machine reach 250-270deg and green light on, please heat pipe and fitting together.

7.after the heating has finished, quickly remove the pipe and fitting from the welding tools, joint them immediately, push the pipe and fitting until the sigh of connection depth is covered with PPR fitting.

8.after cooling time is over, please check and ensure they are ready for use.
