 Usual working experiences for new customers as below:

1. Request customer to send us the drawings, or offer the photos, main parameters, dimensions and other necessary data, etc.

2. Our tech. dept. issued the drawings according to the information offered by customers in 24 hours. And send it for customer's /confirm/iation.

3. We send the quotation to customers in 24 hours after receipt of the /confirm/iation of drawing.

4.  After both parts get the agreement about price, kelong will arrange sample producing, then send it for evaluation by customers.

5. The customers are requested to offer the test result. And Kelong will update the design according to the test result if need it.

6. After conclude the final /confirm/iation of the product both of us.  We will start the mass producing cooperation.
