ESTEEM  MUFFLE  FURANCE  :

Maximum Temp.9500C Working Temp.9000C. The casings is made of thick Stainless Steel Sheet reinforced with screw joints and welding wherever necessary. Heating chamber consisting of rectangular horizontal shape totally enclosed muffle baked at 15000C. Heating elements made of Kanthal wire special high temperature alloy and completely surrounded on the heating chamber, assuring the most uniform distribution of heat and protect heating elements against damage and chemical deterioration and are highly efficient. Light ceramic insulation provide in to the furnace body which avoids loss of energy. Temp. is controlled  with a dependable Controller cum Indicator up to 12000C .  The control panel consists of Digital Temperature Cum Indicator, two long life neon lights which glows while the furnace is ‘ON’ The apparatus is complete which one  thermocouple , silver thermal fuse , 2 meter main lead with power plug to work on 220/230 V AC .
