CZ Series Linear vibrator screen ,Sieve Shaker
1. Product Introduction
CZ Series Linear vibrator screen sieve equips double vibrating motors, which rotate reversely and synchronously. Thus, the excited force geneated by the eccentric block is united in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis while counteracted in the direction parallel to the motor axis, so that the movement trajectory is linear. There is an angle of inclination between two screen decks. Under the function of resultant force generated by exciter force and gravity of materials, these materials are throwed up, leap forward straight ahead along the screen deck, through which the purpose of filter and classification is achieved.

3. Application Scope

5. Installation and Adjustment
- Motor should be fastened on the mounting surface which must be smooth and flat.
- Adjust the vibration force. When the motor rotation direction doesn’t meet requirements, you can adjust the power phase sequence.
- The machine should be checked at least once a day to prevent loosening.
- When the running time adds up to 1500 hours, further detailed checks should be made to prevent any potential accident.
6. Daily Maintenance
1. Before running:
(1) check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage.
(2) make sure that each group clamps are locked.
2.When running:
(1)pay attention to any abnormal noises.
(2)keep electric current stable.
(3)keep an eye on abnormal vibration.
3. After running:
(1)clean up the vibration every time
(2)inspect regularly the coarse mesh , fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage.
(3)check whether any part of the vibrating body is damaged due to vibration.
(4)add lubricating oil if needed.
