Pendular flying shear is used for cross-cutting strip in running process, such as cut the front of strip、the weld root and etc.

       This pendular flying shear consists of the bases, transmission system, pendular cutting organ, feeding organ, lubrication system, the electrical control system, and pneumatic systems. Its mechanism and action principle are as follow:

        The bases are large welding part, which can bear the weight of transmission system, pendular cutting organ, strip-oriented and compaction organ.

        The transmission system mainly consists of the main motor, primary speed reducer, fly wheel, brake, coupling, clutch, secondary speed reducer and etc.

        The pendular cutting organ consists of the initiative crankshaft, initiative frame, driven crankshaft, and initiative SW(swiss wisit). The whole initiative frame (with fixed blades on it) drives the driven crankshaft at the same time when swings with the initiative crankshaft. The initiative SW(with movable blades on it) drives the unfixed blades in an up-down direction to conduct cross-cuts on the steel strip when swings with the driven crankshaft.
