YGR Series Efficient Heating Furnace
Application
Suitable for flux cored welding wire powder baking, precision casting sand mould dry heating, heat treatment of metal materials, other heat treatment or baking of any solid material whose working temperature below 950 ºC.
Features
Full bare aluminum silicate fiber are used for the inner wall of furnace chamber and thermal insulation of furnace body, which can reduce the heat absorption of furnace body effectively, enhance the heat preservation performance, rise the thermal efficiency, short the working time.
The reasonable arrangement of heating source and special design of furnace chamber structure ensure the temperature uniformity inside furnace.
Two ways of material loading can be used: Trolley type or fixed type.
The heating source can be electricity, diesel oil or natural gas. This furnace has automatic ignition, flame monitoring, automatic temperature display, multi-temperature automatic control, automatic thermal preservation.
If furnace is fixed with intelligent program controller, heating process curve can be set at will and automatic tracking finish.
