3, Each team jets could be managed the water volume required for profile, the every side will be cooled so as to avoid distortion.

1, While changing the billets, stopping the whole action or keep spraying is not match the requiremtn, as it will be caused not only the on-uniform in cooling time, but also distortion for a profile.
2, Each team jets is separated in four segments, and managed by valves, while stopping extrusion, there are four teams spraying tubes from cooling bed towards to extruder, while starting to extrude, the four team tubes will be started towards extruder.
3, After using the design, the longitudinal mechanical property will keep uniform and avoid any distortion.
1, Top air jets and both side jets could be managed as unnatural position, so as to match the height of profile, especially for the bigger profile.
