3.The hardness of roller will be HRC=58-60º after heat treatment

Hydraulic cutting

1.Automatic hydraulic control cutting system as setting 

2.Hydraulic cutting system, adopt 2.2kw motor

3.Cutting blade material, Cr12 mould steel,with heat treatment, accurate grinded,  wire-electrode cutting accurate processing     

4.Treatment for cutting blade, the hardness will be HRC60-62°C after heat treatment

Electronic control system

Control system,  PLC computer control system from Taiwan or Japan
