Automatic dry mix mortar plant
is constituted of efficient mixer system,storing system,conveying system,hoister system,weighing system,delayed mixing system,packing system,dust catcher system,bin level controlling system and so on. It can add broken system,sieving system,stoving system in lack of commercial sand area.
This production line with large investment and high retribution is suitable to large and medium cities with great heat preservation foundation of walls.
Dry mix mortar plant is used for producing dry mortar which productivity is 5-100T/h.
Dry mortar production line is used for producing dry mortar, it main consists of the following parts: material store silo, sand dryer, screw conveyor, weighing system, bucket elevator, premix silo, mixer, final product silo, packing machine, dust collector, control system. The productivity is 5-100T/h. According to the layout type, it can be classified into tower type and series type. Its up to the customers workshop area. The needed area is 500~5000m2. It can produce the following kinds of mortar:
1) Masonry mortar
2) tile adhesive
3) Hand-plastering screeding mortar
4) Color coating mortar
5) Waterproof mortar
6) Plaster powder
7) Wall plastering mortar
8) Ceramic tile adhesive mortar

Payment Terms and Conditions of the dry mix mortar plant
1. Quotation (EXW price with tax) is valid for one month .
2. Delivery time:30 days after receipt of your deposit.
3. Payment terms:50% T/T in advance, the left is paid (by T/T) before leaving loading port. If open L/C, there is 2% of L/C amount for bank charge.
4. Package: nude packing, with 40HC.
5. MOQ: one set
