Amphibious excavators, also named in swamp excavators, marsh excavators, marsh buggies or swamp buggies, are multi-functional excavators that can be applicable to many special fields, e.g. soft terrian, marshlands or shallow water areas etc. They could complete many dredging works that normal crawler excavators are hard to complete, such as water area treatment, environmental management, stream channels dredging of civil works, reinforcement of beach cofferdam, excavation of fish ponds, capital construction of farmland irrigation and water conservancy etc. We produce both brand new swamp excavator and 2nd-hand swamp excavator, Hitachi, Doosan, Caterpillar, Kobelco etc.

Sunton SLW series swamp excavators range from SLW160 to SLW350 or larger tonnage models that are customized as per customer's requirement. Meanwhile, Sunton also supply series of pontoon undercarriages that range from 10TONS to 24TONS to fit to the upper part of 8-24ton normal excavators, e.g. Caterpillar, Hitachi, JCB, Volvo, Komatsu, Kobelco, Daewoo, Doosan, Sumitomo and so on. In this case, customers could easily change their normal excavator to swamp excavator. Customers are better to provide us with sizes of central joint and swing bearing. We will design mounting frame for connection of upperstructure and undercarriage.
