•In food process factory, they usually use sodium hypochlorite(NaClO) at the end of the daily process to make sanitary by sterilizing the conveyor belt.

•Continuously cleaning by  sodium hypochlorite make belt deteriorate.

•Made by spacial-PU, it prevent belt from deterioration. 

 about anti-shrink

 •If salt-water, meat-juice, oil or powder soak into the back canvas of the belt repeatedly,

that couses a shrink of the belt.

(ex - conventional product - shrinked belt after carriying broilers for 3 month

 - shrinking percentage = 2 ˜ 3%)

• "Mama-line-plus"  MX333CW has special back canvas, it prevent a belt from shrink caused by the above reason.
