The pulp molded product is the thermoformed one by drying oven process after forming

The slurry is composed of virgin pulp , recycled paper , newspaper , natural palm or  reed fiber , etc. which leads to minimal impact to environment.

Additives for reinforcing the strength of finished pulp products and colorants can be added to the slurry to make hundred kinds of product.
