Process
The operation of the machine is composed of thefollowing processes: Paper frame → Gluing machine→ Laminating and dryingmachine→ Cutting machine→Gluing machine→Conveyer→ Stacking machine→ Conveyer→Pressing machine→ Collecting device. 

Functions
This machine absorbs the overseas advancedtechnologies for paper core production line. In line with the actual situationin China,we develop independently this fully automatic stack-up paper core productionline mainly for the production of the honeycomb paper core. 
Multi-sheets of paper (4 or 6 sheets) can beglued and laminated simultaneously and then cut and stacked up by this machine.Compared with that of the equipment which can only produce 2 sheets, theproduction efficiency of this machine doubles and even triples. The stack-upmethod means that automatic tong draws the paper to stack up circularly, henceaccurate and stable.
