Application

model of basket centrifuge for solid and liquid separation with the diameter of the solid-phase
particle is greater than 0.01mm.The solid may be in the forms of granules,crystals or fiber,

goods in pieces (such as yam bundles,textile,etc.).It has found wide applications in such
trades as chemical,pharmacy,food,light industry,ect.
Working principle
Motor drives the clutch to pass the power to basket via triangle adhesive belt, so the basket
rotates around its axle line in high speed and form the centrifugal force field. The material
enters the centrifugal force field from upper feeding pipe.Under the centrifugal
force,the liquid drains out of the basket from liquid outlet at the bottom of the machine.The
solid material deposits in the basket and is discharged manually from the top.
