Working process of Roller Machine :
Steel sheet released on the work table manually→push the starting button→safety device loosen→slider down→Press & Roller→slider up→ safety device locked→work piece come out

1 Mould
It mainly contents up & lower mould plate, up & lower mould core and guiding components.
The up & lower plate adopts 65mm thickness steel plate to make sure the precision.
2 framework
The formwork uses Q235 material and the mould core adopts Cr12 alloy, the whole part is a mosaic structure.
Structure & working principle of Roller Machine :
1)Machine body
It mainly constituted: top bar, lower work table, slider, pillars and guiding components, and the slider guided by four pillars move up and down.
2)Oil cylinder
There are two pieces piston oil cylinders, fixed on the top of the press equipment, connected with the top bar by flanges. When the piston head oil inlet, the slider move down then press, and when the cylinder chamber oil inlet, the slider return stroke.
3)Hydraulic system
It mainly constituted: oil tank, oil pump, pile-up valves. This system generates and allots the oil to make sure the machines can work well.
4)Pneumatic system
a)This system designed, manufactured according to the technology and action to achieve safety locked.
b)Air supply(provided by Part A) connected from the workshop to the oil press, matched with pressure switch, pressure meter, air filter and switch valve to make sure operate easily.
5)Electronic control system
The machine centralized controlled by buttons can achieve adjustable, manually and semi-automatic modes. The adjustable is usually for mould which action is inching movement. Manually mode can finish the whole operation according to the pressing technological requirements. Semi- automatic mode can finish a cycle pressing process.

1 The both parts will sign the technical scheme before contract /confirm/iation.
2 Part A will design all the drawings and take responsible for the manufacturing.
3 After the machine finished, the final acceptance inspection will be issue by Part B.
