Ten strict procedures that consist of airflow test, noise test, libration test, drive concentric test, blade RPM test, electric current test and whole machine efficiency test, dynamic balance test, the thickness of the galvanized sheet test, the size of the spare parts test, They assure the quality of the fan.
6. The guarantee period is one year, during which the easily damaged parts are offered free of charge.

Blades : The mirror face stainless steel blades, the whole machine goes through balance test. Blades are formed by stamping while the angle is suitable, which can make the biggest airflow as well as the smallest noise and not out of shape nor rupture during long using term. Additionally, each set of blades must be tested by balance system before sold, which will make sure the stable and smooth work for the fan.
frame :The frame material is galvanized with advanced auto-machining technique. Galvanizing layer 160g/square meters .The frame is pressed with flower pattern ,which promotes the intension and toughness of the frame.
Motor be specially used for high-performance fan, with updated design for automatic regulating device, the belt doesn’t need manual adjustment. Chinese motor ,Siemens. We can support motor according to customer’s choice and using for local voltage and frequency.
