D.Production Flow Chart
Decoiler-Branding-Forming-Welding-Grinding-Sinzing-Straightening-Lengh-fixing-Cutting-unloading
1.First, the coil is set onto the uncoiled, and the steel strip is loosened and being transported into the forming machine.
2.The steel strip is first flattened out, and is processed through rollers to the desired pipe diameter.
3. The machine then welds, straightens and cuts the pipe to the length set in the automated cutting machine, and transports the finished pipe to the unloading shelf, where quality inspection can be performed.
