Performance Characteristics

1.The screen mesh is highly vibrated while the screen box remains stable.

2.The high frequency :50Hz; the vibration: 3000 times/min; and the amplitude :1-2mm;The classifying sizes : 0.043~3mm.

3. The vibration intensity is 8-10 times that acceleration of gravity, which is  2-3 times that of common vibrating  screens.

4.The screen mesh is composed of three layer flexible sieves. With a high opening rate and long life span,the unit  capability is 3.75~6.5 t/h·square meters

5.The screen installation angle can be easily adjusted to suit the different feed properties and screening operation. 

6. The  screen’s vibrating parameters are central- controlled  by computer and the vibrating parameters for each vibrating system can be set and adjusted through software programming. 

7.Intermittent  strong vibration can also be set for screen  mesh cleaning  at any time so as to keep the screen mesh unclogged.

8.The electromagnetic vibration system is connected by high-quality rubber-springs  which ensure a reliable long-time operation.
