Electric power steering system training platform engineering equipment
Introduction
based on real front axle assembly to fully demonstrate inner framework and work procedure of power steering and front axle suspension system.It has be function of setting and solving faults intelligently. Fit for junior senior vocational school, normal education school and training institution,it is used for teaching and service of system. The testing platform is easy and safe to operate with various functions.
basic structure:
Steering fluid reservoir,regulator solenoid,steering wheel,steering column,universal joint,steering Gear assembly,steering link,front axle suspension,absorber,spring,wheel drum,Vehicle wheel,step motor,assist power pump,oil pressure meter,Power steering ECU,vehicle speed signal stimulate,setting malfunction box of intelligent,move platform and so on.
Function:
1. The platform is based on real electric stering system which fully demonstrate inner framework and work procedure of electric power steering system.
2. To control the steering wheel by assist power pump driven by step motor ,and by adjusting steering wheel and the vehicle simulated signal to fully demonstrate the electric power steering whole procedure.
3. On the panel of the running stage there was painted the circuit diagram and the diagram is protected with methacrylate and inlayed with aluminum. The learner can compare the diagram and the real to know and analyze the working theory of the controlling system,know and analyze working principle.
4. The testing platform is installed with testing Terminal, to test signals of sensor, actuator and engine controlling unit, e.g.: resistance, voltage, current,frequency signals.
5. (Collocated) The platform was collocated with setting of intelligent faults, as the characteristics below:
A.It adopted the latest MCU technology, digital integrated circuits, with Color Liquid Crystal Display of 320*420 and it is easy to operate.
B.It can set faults of cutting off connections of any open circuit, line-to-ground short circuit
and other faults in any point freely.
C.It can adjust setting of quantity and type of faults points according to usage requirement of the equipment.
D.Installed with communication port, and can be connected to computer to ensure to finish setting up faults and parameter and eliminating faults by using this software.
E.Installed with network port and can be connected with other faults setting equipment to form a network. The main controlling machine will control the functions of faults setting, fault solving, parameter setting, remoter start, information feedback and assessment
F.it is easy and convenient to update the software anytime to the latest version.
G. The base of the testing platform was sealed by steel framework, with plastic painted on the surface. It is very flexible with truckle equipment
H. The platform is equipped with use Introduction and related material.
