The technical process of solar vacuum tube :       

1. Incision

To make the outer tube and inner tube seal at one side,to make the ragged edge neat and ordered

2.Clean the inner tube :the worker must wear the gloves to clean the inner tube with water machine to make the film plating more efficient.

3.Put the holder : putting the spring holder into the outer tube to fix the inner tube .

4.Film plating : at least 40 to 60 minutes

  Adding the absorptance material onto the inner tube .

5.Sealing and test : seal the inner tube and outer tube ,then test if the seal perfectly .

    Test          

  6. Vacuum : To make the tube vacuum

 7. Test : testing if the solar vacuum tube is available or work efficiently .

10. Finished product
